Hey, you must be the same ssava from 'bike forum'? Welcome to join from 5:30am at the RMIT bridge on Nguyen Van Linh highway. Ít the D7 and D4 group of guys (and me - sometimes) They go out and back in the truck lane. Give it a try... but sorry, no 'slow and firm', ít fast and crazy.:)) I usually get dropped....~X(
